● Work-life balanceThey wouldn't listen to the availability you had to work and stick you in a position even after you say it wouldn't work. This also counted against you.● Pay & benefitsPay was very low for job procedures.● Job security and advancementThey rave on about job security and setyou up to train others only in turn to use them to replace you.● ManagementAfter contacting management multiple times to explain what happened at the job my calls were dodged. My items were thrown out. Overall a horrible company.● Culturea bunch of liars.● OverallManagement refuses to speak with you. They throw out your stuff. They set you up to advance in the company and have training the same people they replace you with. Then they blacklist you.

The CSR positions requires heavy reading. The contract was for the Apple phone. I did not own a Apple phone and did not know how to use the phone. However, the manual used explained how to troubleshoot Apple systems. If the phone was not fixed in a telephone session, I directed the customer to send it in for service.
I love computer systems
The fact that the phone call was timed was oppressive.

I have not worked for a Temp Agency before and I probably won't again, since I prefer hunting for my own job opportunities, that meet my individual needs better, since their opportunities are rather limited and I recognize the true value of my talents and my real market worth and I am willing to keep competing for the best opportunity, instead of being complacent. I believe that every one should form their own opinions, since each person's experience will be unique to their individual wants and needs. If you are trying to build a purposeful life, then you should treat finding a job, like it was a job. Research the Market, Network, Identify your Weaknesses, Keep Learning and Develop Yourself More, Think Like You Were The Boss, More woman are leaving Corporate America and starting their own Businesses and above all else Keep a Positive Attitude and Push Forward.
Working at volt was an adventure, every day it was something new as of food wise. We had a good delicious food truck located at our site and every month we got free food. The managers treat you like family and will work with you if you are having issues with family. I recommend this job to anybody looking for overtime and fun experience.
Free lunches monthly
Training was great in the classroom. When out on the floor, they said someone would be there to help. That was not the case. The programs used in training do not connect the way they do on the floor and needed help, but there was never anyone there.
