Great training and helpful management. Weekly meetings if not more to keep everyone up to date on current issues and employee progress. You do have to know about the product you are supporting but other then that good experience.
Good training and helpful management

Peers are very helpful when needed. Management is very knowledgeable and caring, easygoing, laid back surroundings, quiet areas, texting is simple. Customers are mostly easy work. Simple minded management and peers.
Overtime, long lunches, flexible, understanding
It's more of a personal opinion job, everybody has different experiences that they go through working with this company. They do have flexible hours but not in a good way, it cuts your hours in half and its a process to get those hours back the way they were before. Do not let that stop you though just talk to management and work something out with your hours.
Good job if you’re just starting to work. The pay is decent for what you do and it’s a great way to enhance your communication skills. If you like being at a computer all day and talking and helping people, you would not mind it here.

Ok pay, great understanding management, positive environment, fantastic HR, amazing scheduling process. No vacations or vacation pay for entry level. More hours were almost always available if you wanted them, and if you didn't, it was easy to schedule time off or give away hours if needed.
great people to work with and had lot of assistance while training and working on the floor. All the Volt employees were very helpful thru the application process and thru training.
break/lunch room too small
If you work hard you're not recognized and if you sleep with management you can get away with murder. A trainer was in an inappropriate relationship with a new hire and he would fire anyone who talked with her. Another was smoking weed in front of HR and is still there.
Everything... Management and Human Resources
friendly place to work very roudy most of the time do not work with your schedule management were cool to work with the money was well worth it easy to pick up hours easy to give away hours
they dont work with your schedule
This company is for teenagers fresh out of high school. Its a dead end go nowhere job unless you are a young kid willing to be walked on and doesn't know better
Really bad upper management
