I was responsible for 600 contract workers inside the Decatur Caterpillar facility. It was very hard work getting to all contractors. I was the HR rep they went to when pay issues, vacations, promotions came up.

I’m enjoyed working with the people that trained me and wish them the best didn’t want to leave but life circumstances happen my co workers and boss were very helpful and understanding and would recommend each one of them for advancement

Got to get trained to get Overtime time consuming
There is a lot of promises made and none of them are followed through. 5 people I can think of off the top of my head were supposed to get raises and never got them. Management never knows what they are doing. There is retaliation that happens here. They are short handed for a reason but don’t like to acknowledge the reasons.

all I have done here is work my tail off was told that once I prove myself I would have more money because they started me way less than I wanted I came in with all the stuff needed to do the job needed very very little training an still no money an I get tossed from shift to shift
