Pay is satisfactory where the work is not always guaranteed to a specific date. Learned many things working at several different clients and how work is to be performed. The workplace culture was not always conducive to being upwardly mobile.

a typical day at work 8-6 long hours expected sometimes evening work "parties"what you learned-learned recruiting under pressure.management is good m y immediat boss was great. no longer there. workplace culture. lots of nice people but the pressure comes from above. the hardest part of the job-no work life balance. no matter what you achieve you don't feel like you are getting ahead. Your commissions fall off for your contractors after 1 year.
