Nothing bad to say about Volt. They were a remote team who had to manage workers in customer sites and this isn't easy, but they made it seem so. Friendly interactions, and goes without saying, no undertaking is without issues or problems, but Volt always made sure that there were solutions to the rare issues I encountered and wouldn't hesitate to strive for this as a goal, aside from their primary goals. I would recommend Volt.
If accepting a job as Tester, there will be no stability on schedule and the salary seems inconsistently rewarded. For some projects, I was aware of my next day schedule just by en email the late night before, day by day. Human Resources was never available, the people get arrogant and not very helpful, paid minimum wages. Lead Testers are disorganized, you may not know what tasks are expected. Not a place for advancement in your career. There may be better companies in this field to be employed.
Problems with schedule, irregular salary, poor management
This is a 50+ hour/week job. The people at the office are amazing, and this growing team is doing great things for it's employee. On a daily basis, there is a lot of autonomy and decision making which is great especially for young professionals trying to gain additional experience in a rapidly growing IT industry.
On-Site client team is amazing!

In Volt, we test video games for defects in the linguistic quality and implementation of translations, when I work there my co-worker always willing to teach me something I dont know, so we all have a good relationship
