Great dealership to work for. Knowledgable techs and good pay scale. Great management at that time, unsure of how it is now. I learned a great deal of customer service skills as well as automotive knowledge. Culture was good, except for a few bad apples that just made certain processes unnecessary. Hardest part of the job was not having enough advisors for the amount of appointments during busy periods. Most enjoyable part was the fun work environment.
