Good Company to work with. Need to work on the number of available shifts though. Good working environment. Very flexible with there shift times but need to make more shifts

When I first started working at Voicelogic, they mentioned how it is an "on-call" position and hours vary during the weekdays. When you first start, your hours are pretty good but don't get too comfortable and let that fool you because of that all changes when you reached your one month working for them. They are ALWAYS hiring new people, which only cuts down the current employees hours. They'll keep cutting your hours to the point where you are out of work for nearly a month. I remember being able to work 4 or even 5 times a week when I first started to only being called into work for less than 3 days a week.
As a disclaimer, I was a full-time college student who needed some work and that was that one job available. It got worse during the few months to only working 3 times a month to no jo work for the entirety of December. What is the point in having an on-call job where you're hiring people which will only cut competent employees hours short resulting to little to no pay? My best advice, don't bother applying there. You're better off going on welfare than working for these lazy employers who only care about themselves.

the management team sucks

you don't have a set schedule first off so your stuck wondering if or when your next shift will be. sometimes they book you all the time then when you have a couple of appointments to go to they cut your hours drastically until your eventually not getting any hours and end up looking somewhere else haven't gotten any type of ROE from them and haven't worked for them for about 1.5 - 2 years now.
