Massive executive change - culture destroyed

The company had a major executive change. Nearly half of the ownership partners have left. The culture is poor, it is now a cold place to work.
At the stores, things are OK but there is an instability still felt throughout the company.
The current executive team is new, underpaid, overworked, and hold a negative culture in comparison to before.
