Préposé à la réglementation environnementale (Ancien employé) – Gatineau, QC – 25 septembre 2019
Well paid No stress what so ever Short work schedules Poor management Ruled by union Bunch of lazy employees Way too many employees for the work being done Way too many managers for the amount of employees

Dépendant de l'emploi qu'il soit, durant l'été ou durant l'hiver, il y a toujours quelque chose à faire. Par exemple, accueillir les gens de tous âges être dans un espace où on peut s'amuser en tant qu'employer.

Definitely nice to come in and not have to think, only do. Very hands on, variable hours you could easily squeeze in between classes. A bit hard to maintain a good amount of hours given the competition for shifts.
Decent. Part time work that was neither very gratifying nor engaging but useful. A lot of pressure for little reward overall. Had a difficult time seeing the worth of it all when it came to higher ups. The candidates were great, always a lot of fun in that aspect.

Flexible hours, not bad management, good environment if one likes to feel involved in the community and work with children. However expectations were high, some tasks were to be done outside of actual hours, accounting up to 45 min per shift.
Non-Urgent Call centre Rep (Ancien employé) – Gatineau, QC – 20 août 2018
No team work. The employees are generally brats and exclusive. The manager is incompetent and doesn't care about her job, her supervisors and the employees. No hours at all sometimes and no respect or care for the citizens. The work is nice, the people suck.
Surveillant-Sauveteur (Ancien employé) – Gatineau, QC – 2 août 2018
Relaxing yet demanding job, where you will meet wonderful peoples. The management is attentive to all of the needs of there employees and manage to be your friend while keeping the necessary status for a good leadership.
As a team we would draw learning circuits on the ice and we had to be quick because sometimes we would only have about 10 to 5 minutes before the children could go on the ice. It was fun to work with the young ones and know that i am actually impacting there life. Its a wonderful feel to see over the course of about 7 month how they have improved on there skating skills. The only hard part was that it was physical so i would get back pains from time to time, but its all worth it at the end.
