Everything goes through seniority, the more you have the better schedule you'll have. It also depends on the department you apply for; customer service have a schedule from Monday day to Friday 7h30 am to 10 pm and weekends it's 8 to 8. Don't expect to be working Monday to Friday right away. You will be working weekends and evenings until you have enough seniority. Tech support, you can work anywhere from 5 am to midnight.
When you have to take 200 calls, the day goes by fast. However, if there are very few calls, they can be very long.
