Working there it was fun learned a lot met some nice people. Their was a lot of favouritism going on when it came to certain things but overall it was ok environment to work in Would’ve been nice to transfer to another location since my store location closed down jobless now
I have worked with amazing group of girls at Victoria Secret. My managers are the most nicest And caring people you would ever meet. They understand you so well. I had an amazing time working at Victoria Secret and also made good friends. Y’all work as a team and there’s never been a complain about each other we helped each other out no matter what at the end of our shift.
Great environment you will stay so happy there
Closing the store because most girls had to catch the shuttle
I found that employees in Sephora got paid more and the salary was not enough. Many employees had to work a second job. It was rather a boring environment. I felt like an outsider since but overall they were nice and made small talk.

If I would suggest someone to work there it's more directed for a younger group in there 20's as an adult unless in management cannot live on this pay and have bills paid but if your doing it as a secondary job it's very much a great experience.
I've worked here for almost 2 years and it is a good retail position. Pay is above minimum wage with a 45 cent increase after a year. On weekends and during holidays it gets hectic and you will be pulled in different directions but it is important to be collected. They keep track of sales goals and encourage all associates to meet a certain number of sales per hour. If the entire store goes over sales goals by a certain percent, we get a monthly bonus. (seasonal associates not eligible). Management is generally nice for the most part. The coworkers are what made me stay at this job for so long.
For minimum wage it’s pretty much as expected. Very competitive for bonus or commission you’re pushed too sell an unrealistic amount per hour that’s in-achievable. The goals for commission or “bonus” are set so high that you can’t get more than your poor hourly wage...you’re encouraged to be down customers throats and it’s very uncomfortable.
It was a very stressful and competitive environment. Some of the management staff were great to work with - very personable and helpful. While other management staff were hard to talk to and not so kind. The workplace culture was at times laid back but also extremely competitive within the employees. The hardest part of the job was getting a set schedule that worked for me. I had given my availability hours and they were never considered - only given shifts that suited the needs of the company. No leeway for anyone. Most shifts started at 6am for myself even when I clearly stated I could not start earlier than 8am. Some of the employees were great to work with and of course some were not. But the discount was very good.
I loved working at Victoria’s Secret Until my store got appointed a new general manager who would choose favourites and verbally abused others by saying if they didn’t make the sales for the day they would fire them. They created such a toxic environment that not only did loyal, long time employees quit, other managers quit as well. Worst location ever I would not recommend working there at all
Toxic work environment, horrible management. great associates, great customers. if you dont wear makeup youre made feeling like you look bad. They only let " pretty" people work on the floor. managers are always talking about associates and are very hostile. wouldn't recommend working there.
