I worked at the limeridge mall on in Hamilton and honestly such an amazing experience. I worked there seasonal but it was still amazing. pay and hours are good during the holidays but after that it slows down so you don't get as much.

Management is too busy contributing to gossip and/or locked in the office to actually manage the place.Fake people. Inconsistent hours.Declining sales
Catty girls, catty girls with too much ego because VS culture, poor unobservant unskilled management
Management initially was fantastic and truly cared. The culture of the company could care less about employees and management is now highly unskilled. I wouldn't recommend working for the company to anyone, the work-life balance is ridiculous and management expects workers to choose Victoria's Secret over other commitment, including family. The job pays well if you're a top seller, but there are few. The culture is very pushy and favours those who make the company money.
Unreasonable management, Ethics hotline is useless, Not a "team" environment
Love the company itself but when you get a bunch of girls together in a place it can get very dramatic and catty. The on call hours were awful. Would tell you you'd have 15+ hours but 11 of them were on call hours which you'd never get the shift.
Typical day at work was usually fast paced, cash almost always had a line up and fellow employees were more than happy to help new staff learn. It was a great work environment.
I love my job at Victoria's Secret. My co-workers are enjoyable to work with and I love the high performance environment because I feel there is always something you can be doing and there are always goals to be met. The hardest part is probably dealing with "difficult" customers. There are always those types of customers at any job and it can be challenging figuring out how to handle it but also rewarding when you know you've done your best to rectify the situation. The most enjoyable part is getting acknowledged for all the work you've done. My manages are always recognizing good work and its rewarding and comforting knowing you're appreciated for doing a great job.
