Allowing people to progress throughout the store rather than just stocking.
Not cutting shifts.
Guaranteeing at least 10 hours a week.
Compliance of code of conduct, maintain workplace fairness to all employee either new hires or senior. Give equal opportunity to each employee career wise. You can't judge a book by its cover and you can't judge one' selling skills by one shift.
