In order to prepare for your interview you should familiarize yourself with their mission and understand the issues that the organization is working towards eradicating. You will be working with people who are very passionate about their mission statement. You should understand what "healthy boundaries" are as this is something that they value since you are working with a vulnerable sector.
It depends on your job description. For some people it is possible to work remotely, but for others their physical presence is required in order to keep the Drop-In Support Centres open to the public.
