Management are all best friends. They all look out for number one and there are far too many people calling the shots.
Training is poor, they expect you to instantly know an industry that could take years to learn. Unless you're experienced, they'll push you out eventually.
They don't care about their customer service team, so long as the phones are answered. If any issues arise in customer service, management will always side with the customer.
For such a big, wealthy company, their systems and the condition of the facilities (Calgary) are laughable.
Pay is good but it's not worth the hassle. Avoid.
