I have been applying for 3 years. I am more then qualified, have worked in healthcare as an MOA for department heads for over 20 years. I have yet to get a interview. You have to know someone in VIHA to even be noticed. I have since given up, their loss because I'm excellent at my job.
Not a pleasant enviornment. This is a very negative, bullying environment. Orientation for the position was laughable! - Six different employees all with their own version of how the job is to be done. Cliquey and backstabbing. Management is a joke. Read the report on the toxic environment beforehand.

Morning and afternoon shifts with different clients each day providing pri care on a one to one basis, all hands on and very serious health concerns and medical needs are addressed daily.

Toxic, back-stabbing, miserable, cliquey people in admin positions. Overpaid Management are sneaky, don't care about their staff, just the bottom line. They think they're invincible but will fall hard one day. Working with Viha is worse than death!
