This family owned and operated company is on the rise. The leadership team is dedicated to building on the culture and there was recent adoption of a Company DNA outlining fundamentals to improve the working environment. Although the company has grown and even expanded into other areas of Canada and into Texas, they are dedicated to trying to keep the 'family feel' to the organization. The company is grounded in it's 70+ years of success, but they are at the tipping point of taking the company to the next level. Lots of process improvements need to be made. A lot of opportunity for efficiency and stronger processes in some departments. However this was one of the reasons I chose to join the organization - excited to make my mark in the business and the ability to add value to my department.
