Honestly it was a great place to work, everyone is always happy to be there. Co-workers and managers are fun to be around. Sometimes the customers were a bit rude but that’s what retail working is.

I absolutely love the people I work with. Everybody from management, to sales associates. It makes coming to work everyday a new and fun experience and the best part about the job.

Pretty chill and relaxing environment

Pretty decent place to work part-time with school. Managers and co-workers are nice and it's pretty fun altogether. They pay is minimum wage but the work is not hard at all so that's to be expected

Exciting but unstable environment

As with all retailers, sales is a major factor. Management switches around, but at the time I worked there, employees were treated poorly and looked down upon. Scheduling was okay, they typically give you the number of shifts you want and days booked off in advance. The store's atmosphere really helps to elevate your mood, and you can meet incredible individuals there.

Fun workplace, if disorganized

Workplace culture was nice. Group reflections at open and close times to increase morale and sense of community. Disorganized scheduling that was at times unclear. I only worked as a seasonal sales associate for a short time, and can't really speak to job security or benefits.

At Urban Outfitters, the managers were known to pick favourites and single out employees who didn't work to the certain managers needs. They would harass employees and make them feel worthless when they carried out a task incorrectly. All around, I would not recommend Urban Outfitters for a student looking for a part time job, as it feels like you are constantly pressured to fit into a cookie cutter image that you can't be.

Urban Outfitters was a very fun place to work and everyone was fun and helpful especially the managers . although it may have been extremely hectic considering i was working at the mall things seemed to stay pretty organized and on schedule . The hardest part was keeping up with the extremely high standards the store had , but the most enjoyable part was working in a store where i loved all the product and the people .
