Great institution. There were a lot of opportunities for growth and development. Great faculties and very supportive environment. I did not get paid as I was a student but I've talked to others and they were happy with the pay.

It has been a very nice experience to work with undergrad students. I enjoy the ambience and love to teach. Sight singing is a very important part of a musician career, so I feel very motivated with this job.
Working at Western University was a valuable experience. Throughout my time there I had the opportunity to teach many undergraduate students essential lab techniques. Supervising 12 to 24 students at a time had its difficulties but it was very enjoyable as the I helped the students learn. It helped me develop methods of teaching and organization that I wouldn't have if not for this experience.
