At the Calgary head office- paid for 7.75 hours including a 30 min lunch break. There are core hours of 9am-330pm but its flexible around those (e.g. you could work 730am-330pm, 9am-5pm, or anything in between as long as you put in your time).

30 min telephone pre-screen interview, 1 hr in-person interview with hiring manager and HR, possible 2nd interview with another manager depending on the role.

The work itself was easy and laid back most employees are very good to work with but overall it’s a business so don’t expect any favours as an employee

I highly suggests reading reviews from both sides on Indeed, Glassdoor, and elsewhere before really applying here.

In terms of questions, they will asks you what you know about the company, as well as general and behavioural type questions.


The phone and hiring and HR manager interviews aren't bad. It is the final one where you meet the hiring manger, HR manager, and hiring manager's boss that may provide a negative experience for you - depends on the department though.
