Decent work life balance with adequate and sufficient pay for intensity of work done. Night shift is strenuous for lots of people however as the work pace and work life balance is taxing.

This is a great place to work, opportunities come fast. Staff is very nice. Enjoy it here. Would recommend you check it out. Pay could be better but it may have changed

Good pay

Tough hours and work but compensated through pay, straight forward but health may be affected due to the night shift and pressure applied during ur shift

A true career and a place to grow

I’ve been with Uline just over 7 years now. Uline is a highly structured organization and that of course, is not for everyone. They ask a lot from their employees but they also invest in them. Uline has been a fantastic employer to me and I’ve grown a lot in my time here, both professionally and personally. This truly could be a forever home for me.

Work-life balance is non-existent.

10-10:30 start shift, with essentially mandatory overtime everyday, as well as mandatory weekend shifts and holiday shifts. A weeks leadtime is required if you want to leave at regular shift end time. Personal initiative and creativity is EXTREMELY frowned upon, with every little aspect of your job is watched, judged, and criticized. It is literally their way, in EVERY aspect of the job, or the highway.All tattoos must be covered.Leadership are the ONLY ones who can have a good idea, and change ONLY happens if it comes from head office.And the fact that they are ALWAYS hiring because of the constant turnover should be a red flag when choosing Uline as an employer.

Long hours

Management Expecting Long hours and overtime on weekends.They Pay fairly for the work you perform. Quite a big employee rotation but the company grows up progressively.

Poor Management - Lack of Accountability - Bias Company

This company is very bias. They choose people based on their racial background. HR never gives opportunities to highly skilled individuals. Awful management and place to work.

Eh

They went above and beyond to make ur life harder but try to grab people by how much they pay. You don't really learn too much and all the managers just want to get more.

God Awful Place to Work

This place has toxic managers that push you until you’re injured and they pay you a decent salary to cover your injuries,but nothing more. You should stay away from this place if you don’t want to have health problems for the rest of your life. The managers here are terrible

Fake company

Grabbing people by how much money you can make with this company. At last you get a test that is irrelevant to the job it self. Instead of them looking at your qualifications, experience and whether or not you really worked in the industry. That’s how you hire people.

Unprofessional atmosphere

If you want stress filled days , decent pay, poor management and a hr dept that will fire you for having a life ......this is the place . Better jobs out there that won't endanger you and management that will treat you better as well. Highly recommend not helping this company out with any labour position, management as well . It's reflected as soon as hired and you get told you will be terminated if you feel sick , have an appointment whatever personal stuff is going on .Avoid

Good if you're young

Uline's overall culture is toxic and this one of the main reasons for employee turnover. Every department at Uline experiences turnover which is quite appalling. The only thing the company is good at is paying above market - that's it!Do not expect any flexibility from the company especially in the customer service department unless you're ready to exchange it with your paid time off.

High Paced and Stressful

It's tough work for high pay. Hitting metrics is really important for managers. Will always accept overtime on weekends and most stat holidays. Turnover is high but the company is growing. Profit sharing, benefits and RRSP matching were outstanding, work life balance was lacking though.

Outstanding Customer Experience - Winning Culture

Uline is a very well run organization with an excellent onboarding process and thorough training program. You will be setup to succeed in your role here.We receive consistent feedback, support, and coaching from management to ensure we're executing the program. There is limited independence in most roles, which may be a culture adjustment if coming from a company with less oversight.Overall, I would highly recommend Uline!

Good compensation, supportive management, tools needed to complete your job

There are opportunities for advancement and learning new skills. It is a fast paced and detail oriented environment with new challenges each day. Management works very hands-on with their employees and offer lots of feedback. There is a generous compensation package including a RRSP match and profit sharing bonus.

Great place. Very clean and organized. Hard work pays off and you will be rewarded. Lots of great employees. Management is very helpful and you have all the tools required to complete your job. It’s just hard to get the job

Best place I've worked so far

Feel like a family member. Everyone wants to help you improve and are sharing knowledge and tips to ease your work. Well organized and well structured. Lots of training and support which helps get what is needed to do your work.

Good pay. Good training. But very traditional and strict

Good place to work if you do well with structure. Pay and benefits are great. Training is solid and there is always support available. Will learn valuable skills. Culture is old-school. Strict dress code. Micromanagement is the norm. Vacation and sick time not sufficient. Lots of long hours regularly.
