Aux débuts avec les gros bonus c'était agréable de faire des livraisons car payant et le défis de réussir tout les échelons des bonus pour arriver au "top" et obtenir +++ de rentabilité Maintenant c'est quasi ridicule car il nous faudrait presque payer de notre poche pour travailler pour eux...aucune rentabilité

A good workplace that was unfortunately slowly killed by Uber

Cornershop by Uber was overall a positive workplace with motivated, dynamic and nice people but the merger eventually layed off most of the people that used to be part of Cornershop once we integrated Uber.

You maintain your car Clean.Change car oil every six thousand kilometers.Pay insurance.Try to do Deal With different people every minute of the day How you don't know, With different attitud.And they can rate you one star. Uber used to be good 8 years ago.

is only fair to customers

UBER is only loyal to customers and not to drivers who represents them.Times are gone where you can make money anymore. No cap on drivers getting hire, more fees of the rides, Rating system just one way to customers only, no benefits for the current cost of living or changing gas prices.

Ok as a side gig

Not lucrative for food delivery, bonuses are not even close to what they once were and usually only exist for rides- my experience there has been bad.

Takes advantage of desperate people

Uber pays way below minimum wage right now so if there is no tips the gas, insurance or car maintenance will cost you over those few dollars you earned as a driver.

Not a good gig job

Income is non-existent on week to week basis, not much to learn or do as it is a dead end job, nothing to do with management as we don't meet anyone , work culture is non-existent. The hardest part is putting in the hours and not being able to make any money, the wear and tear on vehicle is extreme depending on how many kilometers you drive

Good money

It’s a good place to earn decent income specially weekends. Parking is tough but if you have a friend it’s easy. You can also use a bike to reach delivery places.

Dealing with people who think your vehicle is there own personal vehicle, and the lack of a support team to help you during certain situations. There should be a very strict screening process for passengers/ customers.

Business is unique for both parties means the Uber and drivers. I will suggest to raise of rates to facilitate drivers

good part time job

u will make money ok if u pick up customers but u wont with only eats.gotta deal with some picky customers thoeats is pretty good for someone who doesnt wanna deal with people just take your own time and chill.for me it took almost 2month to get to work due to so many documentation.

Good things : Flexibilitybut only rush hours are ( morning and evening) little little busy.Bad things : Too many drivers everywhere. (It means demanding is low, supplying is too high. and you can not earn good money.) Low income, even Using your vehicle, Depreciation of your vehicle. Not transparent information for the drivers. (Uber hides too much information ; for examples: destination, some time they hide the location if the location is rural area or not popular area for picking up persons or foods.

Grate job. Good pay. Management is good. work life balance . Working for Uber has been a unique and dynamic experience. The flexibility it offers is unparalleled, allowing me to set my own schedule and work as much or as little as I want. The app's user-friendly interface simplifies the entire process, from accepting rides to navigating efficiently.

Sweat shop on wheels

Uber is probably the worst company I have ever worked for. The customer service is a joke. The company goes out of its way to make sure the drivers make as least as possible. Their map is constantly advertising false surges. They keep half of what the client pays and offer you a pitiful experienceWould not recommend to my worst enemy

Decent job

When it’s busy its good, when it’s slow, good luck. Can chose your own time. Work as long or as little as you want. Driving all day , relax when it’s slow.

Worst company to work for

I don't have time to write about all that. But they aren't paying fairly compared to what the customer is paying. Also, at late night people puke in the car as well and no fair compensation for that.

I hate this job and I can't wait to quit when I finish school.

Lots of orders with zero tip. Always wanting us to drive more kilometers than we are getting $$ It doesn't even out. Everyday is a waste of my time, gas and patience . I am only doing this because I have 3 kids and I am in school and I need to make $$ somehow. Uber is a complete rip off for everyone except the higher ups. Uber now charges the customer more $$ but lays their drivers less. Makes no sense how this is even a legal job. I do NOT recommend this job to anyone. Most of the time they expect you to be a charity car because what they pay you does not even out with the money we spend as drivers to gas the car, maintain the car and try to make a living wage on top. It doesn't add up at all. If I was a single Mom trying to live off this money I would be homeless and starving.
