They’ve closed their BC office due to their abysmal reputation in the industry here.
This company is appalling at every level. Minimal management support mixed with a culture of lying, shoddy work and no personal accountability. They underpay and under-appreciate their guys and I couldn’t wait to leave.
Filthy, craphole. Management sucks and the woman running payroll screws you wherever she can, think she controls the employees! I will definitely not go back no matter how down and out I am! Stay far, far away people!
They treat you like garbage, bully/strong arm you into working overtime constantly. The equipment is garbage.. the management is garbage and everyone that works there is miserable.
...if that sounds like something you're interested in.. sign right up!
all went well for the first three months, I was told how great of a job I was doing for so long all of the sudden there was a supervisor change and the new supervisor came up to me and let me go with no reason. what so ever..
Didnt mind the attitude at first had positive Hope's to get along with people for a while but later on realizing wasnt a safe working environment at all. Expect way too much of you in such short time. After I got my hours cut didnt have much time to get enough things done in one shift especially if you're the only one in the department on your shift. Poor management and employee satisfaction standards not treated with equal respect. Had noticed often that someone from CNC departments were allowed to do Fab work but got paid more. Just wasnt a happy experience overall and highly dont recommend for a first time experience to a metal shop. Be sure you have thick skin and can handle no one having your back.
3 different shifts. Average hours. Not much overtime.
While there I put in long days for garbage pay in a department that was understaffed. It was a high stress work environment that did not value hardworking employees, if you were a favourite or an kiss up then you were fine. Heaven forbid you should try try to improve methods and make things more efficient.
Long hours, low pay, poor workplace culture, favouritism
Good people to work with. Have good BBQ events with prizes, and pot lucks. Employs lots of young graduates. Even though if a job posting requires you to have a University degree, they will still hire you if you don't have University education depending on your experience.
