Management is horrible. Most people spend more time worrying about what someone else is doing than doing their own work. Expected to work overtime all the time instead of hiring extra people. Are not willing to take the time to teach you anything.

Great Company

I worked for Triovest for 5 months, I loved everything the company stands for, they organize lots of social events, good salary, they pay full benefits, bonuses, they recognize when employees are preforming well. Unfortunately I felt the position I took on was not challenging and not in my field.

Good Company good moral every one is friendly. Corporate accounting department is a mess but every other department is great. Watch out for some managers as they are not sure on how to manage people and could make life difficult

Great people but beyond stressful

The HR department has done a great job in finding people with exceptional experience and great personalities. They take advantage of employee's attributes and grind them to the ground with crazy headlines and more work on top of work. Many people work OT just to try to get ahead even though that hardly helps. Everyone in departments around the office are very stressed, not good for work culture.

Accounting Department totally a mess, with very high turnover.

Lots of politics. Favouritism is too much. The controllers do not know how to manage the department. Very poor management experience.
I wouldn't recommend any one to work at Triovest.

A great environment. A real family feel where everyone has each others back. It ran well until the buyers tried to fix what wasn't broken. Would go back in a heartbeat if certain new management left.

Loved my job however there was no strong Leadership
