7.5h/day - 37.5h/week but if you exceed that, no OT paid at all (you litterally work from free) until you reach the provincial threshold for OT (time and a half). That's a lot of hours you give for free before you get entitled to OT. That rule only applies if you are entitled to yearly performance bonuses, but the company always finds reasons not to give you one unless you're one of their favorites
I feel the company is going downhill. Sending alot of work off-shore is not good for the people in Ontario office, soon I suspect there will be nothing much left for them to do.
Improve worker moral, hirer more people and stop sending work off-shore. Concentrate more on good customer service by allowing more time spend on each policy, instead of rushing everything. And everyone should be getting money bonuses not just the management or favorites !!
