Hire more knowledgeable people, not the one who have no experience at all on costumer service and aviation, and hire more matured and mostly color skin people. Not a bunch of young and no knowledge how to handle the situation.
I work at Air Transat for two years now, so I apply for flight attendant job. In the beginning I’m impress for this company, but I’m wrong. It’s not a good company to work, it’s full of discrimination. Because the Montreal base don’t hire middle age or color skin even they qualify for that job.
