Lots of heavy lifting , they have you doing a 2 person job with one person and if you follow the standards of the company by how much parts they tell you to lift , you can’t keep up, it’s impossible. The only way you can keep up is if you lift a crazy heavy amount of parts and by the end of the day your body is screwed up, this place should have the labour board called on them it is a brutal place to work DO NOT GO HERE

Working at Toyotetsu Canada has been a rollercoaster. I'm talking Canadian Minebuster deal of a rollercoaster. Learning about the different functions of parts, learning about the processes and the different departments has been an awesome experience. However, a sexist environment, followed by a poorly selected managerial staff, became a deal breaker for me. Not to mention 6 months of waiting for Full Time.

I work here now, and the turnover rate is crazy!! People quit or get fired, but then call back people they have fire.As if they acknowledge the made the mistake in firing you!! They use a algorithm to hire,this is put in place by the new head of HR, algorithms programs have been proven not to work in the hiring process and and in fact result in the lost of good workers.. This place does not pay enough...
