The first step in the interview process would be to drop off a resume to our email address, through indeed or directly to 88 Park Road Simcoe ON N3Y 4J9. Second, you will be screened by a recruiter and contacted by phone for a telephone interview. Upon successful completion of a brief telephone interview you will be invited to what is called a job assessment. The third step at TTCA, the job assessment, will entail a group presentation wherein the hours of work, pay structure and employment details are discussed. A brief multiple-choice test is administered testing essential reading, writing and math skills and then you will have a one on one interview with a member of the human resources team.
No previous experience or education is required but we are looking for candidates to be successful at each stage of the interview process in order to be hired. A safe work ethic, positive attitude and good attendance are key to being successful at TTCA.
