Compagnie qui cherche à évoluer tranquillement. Manque de personnel. Rémunération adéquate.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS (Ancien employé) - Toronto, ON - 12 mai 2022

Long hours, hot facility
Team Member (Ancien employé) - Woodstock, ON - 22 juin 2022
Facility is hot, employer doesn’t leave fans on during breaks or down time so when you come in it’s just hotter the heck. Management can be a hit and miss, most GLs are there to make more money and will believe TLs over TMs over issues. For example: quality issue I flagged & TL ignored, GL got notified It was missed, TL knew exactly when it was and instead of saying something he tried to throw me under the bus. Always write down the car number of defects so it doesn’t come back to haunt you. Don’t trust easily.
Points positifs
Decent pay
Points négatifs
Hours, lack of benefits until full time which can take a couple years

Great place to work
Shipper/Receiver/Forklift Operator (Ancien employé) - Woodstock, ON - 15 juin 2022
This is good company to work and get paid good money .. mandatory 4 hours over time on Saturdays is a minus and if u don’t show up than you loose your call in day. People you work with are nice and friendly. Management sucks and you are just a number for them.. just do your job and go home. Don’t try to impress the boss, it doesn’t work. All the decisions are made in office and they can move you from easiest job to the hardest one anytime .. assembly line is the worst place yo work. Good Benefit and pay.. lots of perks .. annually gifts for employees..
Points positifs
Free lunches . Discount on vehicles
Points négatifs
Management

Points positifs

Points négatifs

Very demanding and stressful
Quality Control Inspector (Ancien employé) - Woodstock, ON - 7 juin 2022
Not worth it due to shift work and the fact that they treat you like you're a preschooler, also they keep taking away benefits, forget about your own family, toyota will be the focus point
Points négatifs
Long shift hours

Fast paced, exhausting good pay
Assembly Line Worker (Ancien employé) - Cambridge, ON - 13 mai 2022
Hard to balance work life and family life with rotating shifts, long hours, exhausting pace. It's a good place to work if you don't have kids and need a high paying job.

There's better out there
Senior Analyst (Ancien employé) - Cambridge, ON - 2 mai 2022
Worked in admin for 4years. You get sucked into the mentality of this being a stable job, careful - alot of staff are unhappy but have too much tenure to leave. The culture is very much there to grind you down, take away creativity and force you in a box of standardized work and policies; reinforcing you are a number to the company. Upward career movement is SLOW by design, compensation is mediocre, hours are terrible with lots of overtime, managers often lack basic management or people skills, and I found myself constantly stressed, despite being great at my job. They forced all office workers in during the pandemic...says about all.I left, found a position with the same pay for less hours, better benefits and was promoted within 2years. Grass is greener elsewhere.
Points positifs
The people. Spend some time talking to the people in production, the office and you'll know there's some truly great people that work here.
Points négatifs
Lots of mandated overtime, high stress, poor management, corporate nightmare of policies and practices.

Stressful toxic workplace
Assembly Line Worker (Employé actuel) - Woodstock, ON - 10 mars 2022
Long hours and over processed jobs make for an environment where everyone hates their job and as a result they take their negativity out on other team members. Management shows favoritism to people they hang out with after work. Hard work is not rewarded. Who you know and kiss up to determines how well you're treated. The only good thing is the pay and that only applies to team movers that have been there over 10 years. Lower seniority team members are paid far less and are on a long grow in period. Mandatory overtime includes Saturday mornings so you cannot opt out, to enjoy your life.

Great if single
Team Member (Employé actuel) - Cambridge, ON - 3 mars 2022
You work a rotating shift, 9 hrs on days 10hrs on nights, break times are short 2 15min and an unpaid 30 min lunch. The work is gruelling and it's a toxic work environment, all overtime is mandatory usually including a lot of 4hr Saturday shifts, don't develop any health problems, they treat you like a leper.
Points positifs
Not many
Points négatifs
Long hours, 8 year full rate grow in, on contract for 3+ years, benefits have been dwindling

Good pay, fast paced work.
Production Associate (Employé actuel) - Woodstock, ON - 2 mars 2022
The 3 year contract period is tough but once you get through that you’re set. A typical factory environment with good pay and benefits. Depending on area placement your experience may differ.
Points positifs
Pay and benefits, security, opportunities
Points négatifs
3 year contract, some management

Hard work great pay and benefits
General Labourer (Employé actuel) - Cambridge, ON - 1 mars 2022
If you can stick it out for 8 years it'll probably be the highest paying job you will ever have. but its still just line work. they can make you do overtime and Saturdays up to 48 hours a week. rotating shifts management can be rough depending on the year. but if you dont care about being on your feet and like money dont choose any other work place but here.

Hard, fast, repetitive, tedious, stressful work. Not recommended!!!
Assembly Line Worker (Employé actuel) - Cambridge, ON - 14 février 2022
Ridiculous amount of OT!!! How they are legally allowed to force employees to work so many hours is beyond me! I dont mind doing a few hours of OT here and there, extra money is extra money, but 48 hour a weeks for months and months on end is insane! If you live an hour away or more dont expect to have much of a life outside of work. Just remember to carry a picture of your family with you so you dont forget what they look like.
Points positifs
Most co-workers are pretty cool and pay is good.
Points négatifs
Fast, repetitive, physically demanding line work is incredibly hard on your body, Management sucks and they dont give a rats a** about you, Insane amount of OT, Little to no personal time, Feel unappreciated and frustrated, "popular kids" get to slack off while hard workers get in trouble for every little thing.

They don't need a union because management puts in effort
Production Worker (Ancien employé) - Woodstock, ON - 1 février 2022
I worked there for 8 months of a 12 month contract. I lost my job due to no fault of my own, I wasn't able to show up or call in to work for more than a week straight. Previous to that incident, management was a pleasure to work with. The group leaders of Final 2 and The other #2 line are excellent, empathetic, and understanding. If you have struggles, they will guide you. The work is difficult but if you utilize the available resources, the free gym, the kinesiologists, the health centre, work can become fun and easy and flow.
Points positifs
Amazing pay & benefits Great vacation scheduling Great opportunities for advancement
Points négatifs
Hard labour if you don't learn the Jobs properly
