Show up to the interview and say whatever you want. they do a group interview where you will be sat in a line and all asked questions. one guy I got hired with told them he had solved a problem with a previous coworker by giving them a black eye and they hired him.

Work environment is loud, hectic, all kinds of confusion, changes to everything because of new car model. Unbelievable to see how disorganized the 'Toyota Way' really is.

Working in welding cells is insane and not worth the current starting wage.
Working in seat assembly line is better, but still not worth the current starting wage.
The current starting wage is not worth all your trouble, so stay-away.

A lot of absenteeism and too many temp-workers being hired to make up for it.
Breaks aren't long enough because you have to walk a long way to get to cafeteria and washroom. Eating areas inside the production area are loud and unclean, not enough microwaves. No cleaning staff.

Be yourself. They aren’t looking for you to trick them, they just want to know if you’re capable of doing the job, it’s not easy. If they’re calling you for an interview it is because they are looking for people and are interested, be yourself and prove to them why you can do the job just as well as everyone else.
