Situation based questions
They ask scenario questions. Example- "You have a customer on the phone with you and a line up of people at your desk. what do you do?" Answer: Ask for the callback info of the person on the phone and quickly explain to them the situation, give them a time frame of when you'll call back. Hang up because people that are physically at your desk are priority.
