My particular area of expertise didn't have as much growth potential within TMF, who are more focused on financial services. While they provide payroll services, they didn't really expand much beyond that into HR consulting, projects, HRIS services and so on, which is more of my area of interest and specialization.
If their range of services expanded, I'd consider a return, due to the global focus of the business.
Finally, their benefits need to be reviewed, to provide long-term incentives for retention such as pension related programs.
Local and regional management was good. Globally it seemed there were some gaps between the head office in the Netherlands, and the needs and interests of those in a particular country.
