my time at Ticketmaster was, simply put, a fun place to work at. The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend working at Ticketmaster to anyone.

Mangers and supervisors are always there on the floor to support all the time and coach the staff/agents if needed. They will always acknowledge you for a job well done and most of all there is always a reward for all the job well done. I love this company.

Call Centre work. You helped customers purchase, exchange or return tickets for events. Hours are good and will accommodate if you go to school. Hardest part of the job is trying to complete a transaction when systems are down. Most enjoyable part is being able to see events prior to being publicized.
What it says on this tin. I sold tickets for events at the ticketmaster call centre. Overall fine for call centre work, actual breaks were given and the call centre itself was clean and the managers were pretty relaxed. In general however call centre work is a nightmare no matter how well you're treated and it got old fast. Another job that I was laid off from due to outsourcing in this case.
