I started working there in the month of June and by the end of January 2020, I learned everything. All the managers helped me learn new things they never stopped me from doing anything. I love working there and yes if I get a chance to work their again I will surely go and yes my coworkers they were the best

I found working at Wendy's was alright depending on the day. Certain supervisors they had always took their moods out on the staff no matter was the mood was and they had no respect or understanding at the least of anything relating to mental heath issues.
The work itself is not complicated, but if you work full time for several days a week, then stress arises. Due to the fact that there are many buyers, and work ends late at night, loud sounds are heard throughout the whole working day. Also, during work you can’t sit on a chair, only during a 30-minute break, all work is performed while standing.
a day at my Wendy job would go as so; i would walk in say high to my managers and crew since i was always around 15 minutes early. i would chill with my other crew members that were starting at the same time. after clocking in i would go straight to work and start dealing with customers mostly were elderly since Wendy is a elderly friendly fast food chain made me learn a lot patients.
i worked just about every position they had at wendys during my time there and overall the set up was inefficient. we were constantly understaffed because management didn't care about employee well-being so many people quit.
Wendy's is a great place to work in if it is your first or second job. The hours are long, you get almost no breaks and you are constantly in a hurry.
50% off on food
long hours and tiny break
I use to get shifts on weekends which is always busy. Always started my work at 10:00 AM. Making sandwiches and getting good with employees. The good thing I learned at work is the time- Management. Its bit hard but good to do work at proper time.
I really enjoyed working for Wendy's. The staff was great and friendly. Typically I would stock my station and make sure all the prep was done prior to opening, sometimes I had difficulty getting the prep done on time due to either there being to much prep to do or sometimes my arthritis in my hands would act up and make me slow. My bosses were great for the most part except for them understanding that I was a single mom that my girls would get sick often and I had no back up to help
