Typically day is usually getting yelled at or centered out because sometimes its hard to catch the right pace. Yes its fast pace but management doesnt have the patience to stand by you and train you and make sure you have the job down pat. When I first started I got told I was costing the company money because I was making mistakes but nobody joined in and helped. If you have mental health they dont support that either because they make it seem like it's their problem and they dont want their hands dirty. Some employees are laid back and easy to work with others not so much. Hours or inconsistent. Honestly one of the hardest places to deal for work with.

Not consistant hours
Friendly working environment. Plenty of hours if you are willing to work. No room to advance and no pay raises. Very repetitive work. Not bad place to work.
I was a sandwich I worked 11:00 till 3 and I met tons of people and I have learned about that I'm not good at restaurants but that's okay the hardest part about the job is that I had to be fast I just couldn't do it I had great mangers and coworkers they were friendly I even made friends with some of my coworkers

Its your basic fast food part time job. Only minimum wage, some managers are awesome, some are terrible. Fast paced, be prepared to get yelled at by an angry customer for something you have no control over.
They are always hiring
Upon entering the Wendy's establishment I was always greeted with a friendly welcome. I learned that more can be accomplished simply with kindness and understanding than with dictatorship and micro management. Wendy's was a perfect example of how collectively as a group men and women could be placed in a fast paced and at times stressful environment and yet still achieve superior goals when the crew and the lower management was lead with clear expectations, organization and gratitude for a job well done. The most challenging aspect of working as a manager often times was finding an effective way to blend the unique personalities of each employee while allowing them to do the jobs that they where best at...."Aces in their Places". By doing so effectively as a team we were able to meet service times, projected sales, friendly work environment and superior customer service. The most enjoyable part of working at Wendy's as a manager by far was having an opportunity to spend my days with intelligent, capable and overall incredible people who made work feel like a second home and the staff feel like extended family.
Wendy's is a very busy and can be stress full at times as well as demanding on workers. Customers are your first priority and accurate order taking as well as preparing the food must be over the top . It is also rewarding when you go out of your way for that one customer who writes and lets your manager know how you did a great job . There are times when you do have a customer that no matter what you try to do to make there experience at your restaurant a pleasant one you can't always please everyone . I like to greet my customers and the regulars that come everyday you get to know them a little more. You learn what there likes and dislikes when they are having a bad day I always like to try and make it just a little better.
