Line Cook/Prep Cook (Ancien employé) – Toronto, ON – 9 septembre 2019
A typical day at work is okay, nothing too exciting. During the morning is I prepare the produce that we need for the day. During lunch is when it gets busy. I learned to multitask more and working with others. The management was great, the managers rated me highly.

Working at Wendy’s I love it but the closing part is unfair for one person to do all the moping stocking up and vacuum plus to clean two washroom it takes almost 3 hours to close and the pay is not worth it
Mangers always help to close
One staff close the front line one staff close the back

A typical day at work was to get my work station prep and ready to make my job easier, with co-workers and customers of different backgrounds I gain a better understanding of how to deal with different situations.Excellent management team,I admire mostly it's emphasis on quality and customer experience. My hardest part of the job was if a customer walk away unhappy and the most enjoyable part was when our customers would leave happy anticipating there next visit.

Wendy's Restaurant is a good place to work it allow u to learn a lot and how to handle situation. Working there helped me to learned a lot, the hardest part of the job is when it gets really busy when it gets really you have to manage your station and make sure everything runs accordingly not saying there wont be problems but your job is to help everyone when you can. Otherwise its a fun place to work it teaches you a lot on how to deal with customers when they starts to act up, the customers always comes first so if they have an issue its your job to fix it and make sure they're ok after everything.
It was fun and productive place regardless of few problems
Cashier/Customer Service (Ancien employé) – Toronto, ON – 27 octobre 2017
Overall it was fun to work. It was not said to be a job where I am looking for a future in. It was my first part time job in Canada. The management was really poor but they made sure we are comfortable to work with
Front + Drive thru Cashier (Ancien employé) – Toronto, ON – 13 octobre 2017
A stressfull and demanding job requiring 9 hours of standing and high stress rushes, you'll be lucky if management ever schedules enough people and be prepared to work under staffed and fill in the missing roles yourself.
Discounted fast food
Long hours, not allowed to sit during slow times, they treat you like cleaners and demand you to clean
Shift Supervisor (Ancien employé) – Toronto, ON – 12 septembre 2017
Often the District Manager would hate losing talent so even if you're ready for a promotion, if there isn't a place in the district, you're denied a promotion. There's a very linear upward mobility path which hinders talent.

This is a great working environment, you get to interact with guests and coworkers. You gain a lot of skills while working here such as working in a fast pace environment, independent work, team work, problem solving, and time management.
