The day would be determined by the managers, there are different positions that need to be worked and depending on the position your tasks will vary. I learned many things, team work, speed, cleanliness and sanitation, customer service and basic inventory calculating. the managers would vary some had passion and patience others didn't care. Upper management were usually professional. Same as managers some employees cared about the food they made and the speed and efficiency, others did not it was just a job to them. The hardest part was cleaning grease by far. I enjoyed the people I worked with and the whole team feeling, I enjoyed serving regular customers and new customers. there was a lot I enjoyed.

no employee recognition awards. no yearly review or raises. very stressful. management is rude and unprofessional. would not get full time hours even if you were hired for full time, which left a lot of people to find second jobs. when you changed availability to make a living and juggle both jobs, they would not adjust your hours accordingly and would schedule you beyond your availability. and if they should ever call you at home to pick up a shift, heaven forbid you are unable to answer their call, now you just lost more hours on your next schedule

People as in fellow crew members are amazing. Management has no clue about how to manage people effectively. Punish people for being late, or calling in sick. Could be working 40 hours per week but if you call in sick go down to 20. Be careful if you get pregnant. My gf was called useless because she refused to bend as per doctors orders. Also if you stick up for yourself ei. Your rights theyll cut your hours. Or if you follow proper procedure. If you dont follow the managers way. Even if it goes against company policies youll get less hours and written up. Lets not forget if youre working full time 40 plus hours for over 2 years. Expect them to hire a new part time employee wholl get more hours than you. The company is toxic; help yourself and apply somewhere else.

It was fine once i started the job, but over time the management got worse and worse, by the time I left it was at a point where if you did no work then the managers would just make someone else do it and you got away with it every shift, and if you actually tried to get your own work done correctly and in a timely manner, you were forced to do every other persons job in addition to your own.
