Good people to work with and learned skills but had poor management
The people at Wendy's were amazing to work with however a recent change in management made the work experience worse and we often did not even have our schedules until the same week we were suppose to work. Overall I learned great customer service skills and food trade skills however the management made the last couple of months unpleasant.

A new and poor switch in management
This is not good place to work .No communication between coworkers , no room for advancement, no one cares to train new employees. You are left on your own to figure out everything and they except you to know EVERYTHING with ZERO training. NO work culture. It is basically little India international student rule there.
I worked for Wendys as an Assistant Manager, Co-Manager, and General Manager. There were times that we would be belittled by Regional Staff and Owners for actions that we had no control over. They want Salaried Managers to work full days and have no days off. Lots of meetings were scheduled on the days off, so we would be forced to spend time in the stores. I would stay away if I were you.
