Manager (Ancien employé) – Brampton, Scarborough, North York, Toronto – 11 juillet 2019
Slavery...TJX expects one person to do a gazillion things at the same time. Unrealistic expectations of human beings TJX thinks you are a robot when you work for them. DM’s, HR Managers, CEOs etc are “jokers” they have ZERO understanding of what it takes to run a store yet they sit in their cushy corporate offices and come up with things to add to people’s plate at store level. No appreciation for the employees at the store level whom are the ones working their tails off so that they can reap the benefits/rewards and fill their pockets. Looks like a great place to work but don’t be fooled. Looks can be deceiving.

Store Associate (Part-time) (Employé actuel) – Vancouver, BC – 15 octobre 2019
A store associate role is a fun and easy job. It allows one a variety of task that makes the job fun. It also allows for direct customer interface which is great because you can provide service and assistance to customers directly. Rostering schedule is basically one-way in favor of management. However, depending on the store manager, accommodation on certain unexpected life events are accommodated.
Sales Associate (Ancien employé) – St. John's, NL – 10 octobre 2019
New people are paid more than old staff. Management does not considerate anyone’s availability and calls them during school or while at other jobs. Management is rude and belittles staff over slightest mistakes. Do yourself a favour and don’t apply here
