Absolute waste of time in Canada, great if you're in the US

If you will be working in Canada, STAY AWAY! Initially, management comes off as very engaged and supportive. When support is truly needed, they turn their backs and lack communication. From Sales Director to Vice President, nobody will respond to requests or return phone calls. Goals are set, if you have troubles meeting quota, they love to put blame on you without reason and have no explanation for doing so, also nothing helpful to contribute. Recruiters/HR are pleasant to deal with, but they make everything seem okay and blindside you without any cause. This has been a terrible experience.

Poorly run after take over

Was a great place to work but since the take over, departments were dismissed and many employees gone. There is no job security and you were made to feel like you were working for the man and not for the company.

Reynolds & Reynolds is a company with a great research platform that really prepares you well for the market. It is a company that focuses heavily on preparation and knowing your client well before interacting with them. Management is very co-operative and work well as a team.

I was a manager that managed 3pepeole,one being in Montreal. My main roll was to manager prdoduct life cycles customer serviceand outside purchasing. The hardes part of my job was communicarinf with my U.S. counterparts as they did not comminicate very well with Canada. This caused communication breakdown with the salesforce and as a result our customer base. The most enjoyable part of my job was the interaction with cusrtomers and fellow employees on a day to day basis.

Worst Company, I've ever worked for.

Micro Management, Regular emails on company policy changes failure to comply with changes will result in termination of employment. Your Supervisor will throw you under the bus to save his job. There were several occasions on where I had to tell my Supervisor how to do his job.

If you read any 4 or 5 star positive reviews on here, it is from the Human Resources Department, providing fictitious reviews on what a great company it is to work for.

Reality is low pay, treated like a child, no raises, no chance of promotion or change of position.

co-workers are great, because they're working for this company.
Points négatifs
no overtime, on call 24/7, no raises, no promotions, poor leadership, poor wages, poor benefits.
