TOH is not what it used to be. Not enough well trained staff and everyone is looking for a shortcut. No one puts in dedicated time and energy into their work anymore. There is no quality work being done anymore and the professional level is a fail. Everyone wants a paycheque but no one wants to earn it, they feel entitled to one just for showing up. Employees are not properly trained and do not show professionalism. Management is more of a power trip. Seniority levels make everyone fend for themselves to only watch out for themselves. No teamwork or standing up for one another. The future is run down.
