Réponse du 6 mars 2020Pretty rare. Not many survive long enough before quitting or being fired to experience a raise. People are unceremoniously fired quite frequently before 6 months if they don't quit first.

Réponse du 6 mars 2020They are very strict about allowing staff to telework or work flexibly, even under extreme weather circumstances. The work environment is often very loud with multiple people sharing one office, so management should really consider allowing flexible work arrangements.

Réponse du 28 octobre 2019Working here feels like you are being constantly gaslit by your own organization. NWAC and the CEO only care about its public image. Everything NWAC has advocated for is contradicted by its own actions. Women carry trauma from working here.
