Don't work here.
Housekeeper (Ancien employé) –  Saskatchewan River Crossing, AB21 novembre 2019
Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to work. Unless you're wanting an experience similar to the Stanford Prison Experiment. The management is awful and treat you like trash. You get overworked and underpaid. No overtime pay and they also short you. HR will talk to you like a child and snoop through your room while you're at work. No cell service and the world's slowest WiFi that doesn't work most of the time. There's more cliques than high school. If you quit, have your stuff packed and a ride prepared because they give you 1 hour to be off the resort. Same if you get fired. They don't care if you can't pack in 1 hour. You will be forced to leave behind anything you couldn't pack and they will make you stand on the side of the highway off resort in a no cell service area an hour from anything regardless if you have a ride setup or not. They also won't let you say bye to anyone. In 1 month at least 10 people packed up their stuff and left without notice in the middle of the night or even on their lunch break, sometimes forfeiting pay because their sanity was worth more than money. Bring more clothes than the 3 outfits they recommend, there is space. Bring snacks because it's $10 for a bag of chips. Stock up on alcohol if you're like everyone else there who uses alcohol to cope with the awfulness of the resort because it's $20 for a 6pack of domestic beer. Or just save yourself entirely and don't work here.

Ok
Server/Bartender (Employé actuel) –  Lake Louise, AB11 juin 2019
pay could be better, the no cell service sucks. too much money comes out of your paycheck for rent. the turnover rate is quite high but its really not that bad!

This was not a very productive place to work
Housekeeping/Front Desk (Ancien employé) –  Alberta23 avril 2018
I loved being in Alberta, and I loved my actual
Job, but there was just too much drinking going on and I had to leave after a short period of time. Didn’t mind cleaning the hotel rooms which I did for a month, and then I got switched to front desk because of my college background
Points positifs
Beautiful views, great experience
Points négatifs
Co workers were not serious about their jobs

An interesting place to work in the middle of the Canadian Rockies.
Food and Beverages worker/Cashier (Ancien employé) –  Cafeteria6 mai 2017
A typical day working in the cafeteria would be very team based working along the other(s) cafeteria worker. It would get pretty packed and chaotic around lunch time due it being the only stop for food for about 30 minutes to an hour. Most of the management were very experienced and professional and it was great working for them. The most enjoyable part of the job was being in the beautiful mountains of Alberta and meeting different people that came into the resort.
Points positifs
Living quarters on site.
Points négatifs
6-day work weeks.

A enjoyable place to work, nice management. best part of job was being able to work outside. Typical day at work was pumping gas and washing windows. Enjoyed the gas station crew.
