What I would Change at Regis Corp. I would change the pay Matrix, would remove all positions such as DL's and Area Sales Managers. I would bring back Assistant Manager and pay them true Managers Salary so they take pride in the job and their pay cheque. I would increase Fraud Prevention Team to conduct visits to the salons that are ordering more supplies then what the salon is actually making, pay them instead to do the a true audit of each salon. I would take each brand and divide them separately, which brands are making actually money vs which are not. And make executive decision from there. I would have one store in each city as Educational Hub for hands on apprentice shop and offer discounted services with no satisfaction guaranteed. I would move all the products we aren't selling at that location and discontinued colours and lighteners. As CEO's I would visit every salon that is struggling.
