Fun call Center Envirnoment

I really enjoyed the seven years that I worked at TELUS. It was a fun call center environment, where you spend the everyday with the same people around you. The managers were serious when it comes to fulfilling the daily tasks, but they were also friendly and fun to deal with. I first started as a loyalty and retention agent helping the company to retain its customers. I learned a lost of skills in that position, like multi-tasking, problem solving, de-escalating situations, building strong relations with the clients. Then I moved on to become a Helpdesk specialist, helping my previous colleagues with their day-to-day task, their technical problems and any issue they were facing. A fast paced call center environment can be challenging, but it's very fun and rewarding. You become friends with the people you work with, you share good and bad stories and you help each other to improve. Overall it was a great experience.
