Quels conseils donneriez-vous à la Direction de TELUS Communications pour améliorer l'entreprise?
Culture at TELUS has slipped. It's not the place it was 10 or even 5 years ago. Much of the cultural leadership of the company has left for greener pastures, and the vacuum is palpable. In 10 years in TELUS middle management, I personally saw the CEO once, walking down a hallway. That should tell you a lot. It's unfortunate because once I would have rated TELUS as one of the best places to work in Canada, but not anymore. My advice to new entrants would be to treat your career at TELUS in a transaction manner. Learn, enjoy it, then move on.
