Company with the pretty poor work culture . Employees are definitely not what company cares for... Heavily relies on contract PR employees...

24x7 without weekends.No concern for private life whatsoever.Some managers are pretty rude and they do not understand this themselves.Work culture was thrown away from the company around 10 years back.

Great place to work! I enjoyed most of my time there. Would love to work for them again someday. I miss many of my peers and employees. Good pay nice benefits and great tools to get the job done.

Result driven organization. Focused on their employees and customers.

TELUS is a great employer. They have great values. I loved the culture. The pay is competitive. The benefits were great. There is a lot of opportunities for advancement

Fake culture. People told to explore their interests, but corporate processes and culture make that very difficult.

- Fake culture. People peer-pressured to portray that they are always happy. People who wish to constructively criticize processes with a genuine intention of bringing about improvement are discouraged to do so by colleagues and leaders who appear as always happy and content robots. Most are there to just collect their pay cheques and survive without getting laid off. They don't have passion in their work (which is exactly why they largely don't protest and criticize when they see that there is something wrong).- A lot of useless processes that make work inefficient.- Hard to move to different Business Units.- People are told by management to explore their interests, but then when you ask to take a course in something outside of the Business's objectives (e.g. some new technology outside of the core business of the team), they turn you down.- Their salary negotiation process is very dishonest. They low-ball you, and then when you negotiate, they are willing to give you a 20% + spike in base salary. In other words, they try to get away with a low base salary if they can.
