Quels conseils donneriez-vous à la Direction de Telus pour améliorer l'entreprise?

  • Having a diversified workforce at the work is great. Some of the manager at some particular place should understand that.

  • Culture at TELUS has slipped. It's not the place it was 10 or even 5 years ago. Much of the cultural leadership of the company has left for greener pastures, and the vacuum is palpable. In 10 years in TELUS middle management, I personally saw the CEO once, walking down a hallway. That should tell you a lot. It's unfortunate because once I would have rated TELUS as one of the best places to work in Canada, but not anymore. My advice to new entrants would be to treat your career at TELUS in a transaction manner. Learn, enjoy it, then move on.

  • Hiring people who are friendly,patient and Knowledgeably about the products supplied by your company

  • Spend more to get full time employees or have better contracts to respect contractors instead of hiring from cheap companies who promise the world in the beginning but deliver no value

  • Keep up the great work
