3-4 weeks vacation depending on what you negotiate, a-la-carte style benefits with higher premiums depending on how much you add or remove. RRSP matching up to a limit, which you are forced to opt into after your 2nd year of employment.
A-la-carte style benefits but premiums can be high the more you add. Dental and ortho benefits are not great. Extended health is typical to what market offers. Mental health benefits is above average ($4k annually to see a psychologist). Vacation time is 3-4 weeks depending on how well you negotiate.
