As a summer student you are put through a telephone screening process and then invited for an in person interview if you are chosen to move on in the interview process
You must apply online, then you are scheduled for multiple interviews. These may be 1 on 1 or with multiple managers, as there is a large amount of screening done before a hire.

Hiring process is a fair process based on multiple criteria. All applicants are screen directly from application submitted through the website as well as other portal through which a job is advertised. The process is is based on individual educational and experience criteria. Though each position and the hiring manager may emphasize different skill sets.
